The service

Jaly helps shippers prepare carrier-ready transport requests: a guided builder, quality checks, and PDF/text briefs you choose to send yourself. Jaly is not a carrier, broker, or marketplace and is not a party to any transport contract.

Estimates are informational

Loading metres, vehicle suggestions, pallet-fit counts, and similar calculations are simplified estimates provided for convenience. Always confirm physical and legal constraints (weights, dimensions, ADR, securing) with your carrier.

Accounts

You are responsible for your credentials and for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you enter, including third-party contact details. We may suspend accounts used for abuse (including automated scraping or flooding of the service).

Plans and billing

The free plan includes a monthly quota of PDF exports. Paid plans are subscriptions billed by Stripe; you can cancel any time from the billing portal, effective at the end of the paid period.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect damages or for decisions made on the basis of generated briefs or estimates.

These terms are governed by French law. Operator identification is in the legal notice.
